Directions to Moorview

Travelling from the North:

At the end of the M5 at Exeter, continue on the A38 Devon Expressway ...
At Wrangaton (after approximately 25 miles, 40km) Modbury is signposted left ...
Turn left at the end of the sliproad, on the A3121 until you reach a crossroads ...
At the crossroads go straight ahead, do not turn right to Modbury ...
You are now on the B3196 travelling towards Kingsbridge / Loddiswell ...
After approximately 3 miles (5km) - arrive at California Cross, petrol station and pub/restaurant, The California Cross Inn.
Continue straight on, following the signpost to Modbury ...
Moorview is situated on the left hand side after another 1/4 mile (400m).
