Living Areas: Separate 14' x 20' lounge opening onto 10' x 20' gated balcony. The comfortable lounge has television, DVD, radio, CD, cassette.
Kitchen Area: Kitchen diner 12' x 20' with separate utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer with cold water and ice dispenser, stainless steel hob and double fan oven, concealed cooker hood, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent the kitchen is the utility room, washing machine and tumble dryer extra sink and storage cupboards.
Sleeping Accommodation: 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 (two double beds and one bunk bed.) Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the family bathroom has a shower.
Outside: Gated front balcony and enclosed rear garden. Private parking for two cars next to lodge.
