Large kitchen diner 12' x 20' with separate useful utility room.
3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people (Two double beds and one bunk bed.) The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the family bathroom has a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer with cold water and ice dispenser, stainless steel hob and double fan oven, concealed cooker hood, microwave and dishwasher.
Adjacent the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer extra sink and storage cupboards.
The comfortable lounge has television, DVD, radio, CD, cassette.
Gated front balcony and enclosed rear garden. Private parking for two cars next to lodge.
