Fishing or Angling - Close to the South Devon coast, Moor View offers the keen sea angler numerous spots to seek out their favourite species. Bass, Skate, Ray, Pollack and Mackrell can all be found during the warmer months, Cod in the winter and with close proximity to Dartmouth, Salcombe and Plymouth, Boat anglers can go after the larger specimens.

For fly fishermen - Newhouse Fishery tucked away in a beautiful steep valley in the heart of South Devon. The four acre lake was formed by damming the Cocks Brook, a tributary of the River Avon and Newhouse fishery is now one of the best fisheries in the South West.
